// Pottery

EOT Ceramics

EOT Ceramics is the studio practice of Emily Olivia Tapp - a potter living and working from Cornwall. She makes wheel-thrown ceramics from her shipping container studio in Bohls Yard, Penryn.

I make everyday ceramics intended for daily use. I throw with Cornish clay sourced in St Agnes and mix all my glazes from scratch using raw materials and my own carefully developed recipes. I like to approach clay with a painter’s perspective - simple forms acting as blank canvases allowing the glaze and Cornish clay to sing.

// shell art

Lily & Sea

Lily & Sea is the work of Nikki Fewings - a shell artist who takes inspiration from the natural world, creating unique pieces using shells, sea glass and pottery beachcombed by hand on our stunning Cornish beaches. Nikki curates these beachcombing finds onto premium quality 255gsm hammered card, or professional mountboard.

I live in North Cornwall with my family and create unique and original artwork using beautiful finds from beachcombing in the county that I now call home. I have always loved the ocean. I remember spending hours staring at the sea as a child, wondering what was underneath it - desperate to find out one day. My business was born in 2017 and brings me so much joy to create one-of-a-kind artwork for your home or to gift to your loved ones.

// Card Design

Rebecca Rickards Design

Rebecca’s small business started when she was commuting on the Northern Line and was dreaming of being in Cornwall. From a really young age she loved making greeting cards to send to friends and family and to see the joy on people's faces when they opened it gave her so much happiness!

I love illustrating everyday Cornish life, I feel so inspired whether its a beautiful fishing village or a vast north coast beach, I just want to draw it! I always have a mini sketchbook in my bag when I’m out and about incase I see something that needs to be on a greeting card. I love to know when I’m designing my cards, they are going to make someone else happy.

// Floral Design

Zennor Wild

Pippa creates beautiful wild & seasonal floral designs. She grows flowers in Zennor too. Zennor Wild have a great network of growers in Cornwall who produce beautiful flowers but also keep the flower miles down too. Pippa also creates floral designs for wedding.

I am based on a farm in Zennor, near St Ives. Here I work from a small workshop and grow flowers too. My flowers are always seasonal and where possible locally sourced, for me flowers must look natural and be in tune with the seasons.

// Sea Glass Jewellery

Sadie Jewellery

Sadie makes jewellery using recycled sea glass and sterling silver. These beautiful ocean gems can take 7 years and more to form underwater and approach the shore. With her studio overlooking the sea, she has plenty of beaches on tap to find sea glass. Cornwall and Devon, have many untouched secret beaches which are incredible for beachcombing.

Living close to the sea it’s hard not to be inspired. I’m a keen surfer and spend many days at the beach in and out of the sea collecting glass. I love how silver flows just like water and I like to portray that in my work. I collect sea glass and turn it into wearable treasure. With my jewellery, no matter where you are you will always hold a piece of the sea close to your heart.

I love sea glass. Each piece is completely unique, with its own story to tell. It has been naturally tumbled by the oceans tides, currents, waves and sand.

// Coastal Art

Gemma Lessinger

Gemma Lessinger has been escaping to Cornwall on holidays since she was a child. It was here that the magic of the ocean crept into her heart and the urge to live by the sea grew stronger as the years went by. Gemma’s paintings are characterised by their never ending myriad of colours, Gemma captures textured movements of the Cornish sea and shorelines.

I have always loved painting, absorbing myself in a mesmerising world of colour. Hours pass by in what feels like seconds as I am transfixed on the perfect blend of blue.
